Hello my party people! My name is Chelsy Torto, founder and creator of CT Rentals by Chelsy Torto. Through planning my own wedding in June of 2023 I realized one thing, I only need these items for one day. I crafted most of the item myself because I was continually looking for those beautiful and timeless items that did not seem to exist in the big box stores. 

These issues that I've ran into over and over again through the showers, weddings and parties led me to where I am today.
